1.Introduction
The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to parties all the customer using or purchasing items from lorinaliddell.com (hereinafter “the Store”), a website administered by Uplift Tokyo, LLC. (hereinafter “We” or “us”; a Japanese company headquartered at Win Aoyama Building UCF917F, 2-2-15 Minami aoyama, Minatoku,Tokyo, 107-0062, JAPAN)
While using or purchasing items from the Store you are considered to be in agreement to the terms of this document, so you should understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before using the Store.
2.How to Order and Delivery
For a first-time order, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions we requires you to first accurately provide your name and address information before ordering and then receive a notification of your username and password from we (member registration). Please consult with the “Countries and Regions We Ship To” and “Shipping and Handling Charges” pages for more information regarding service in your area.
Please take care to prevent discovery and misuse of your member ID and password by a third party. You are considered to have agreed to bear responsibility for all actions taken using your ID and password.
In the event that an order could not be delivered even though it was sent to the shipping address you specified, we will bear no responsibility. If you would like to have the order re-shipped, then you should pay the actual, full price of the shipping costs, etc.
There is a spending limit of JPY 200,000 per one single order. The JPY 200,000 limit is calculated from the merchandise sub-total and does not include Shipping and Handling charges.
Even though an item was listed as being in stock, and was successfully added to the shopping cart, stock may no longer be available by the time your account has been settled, and purchase may not be possible.The contract between you and we is considered to be fulfilled when we ships items to you. The sending of an Order Confirmation email by us is for the purpose of confirming the contents of your application to enter into a contract with us, and does not mean that we has approved your application to enter into said contract.
In the event that one or more items ordered as part of an order are out of stock, the equivalent cost of the out-of-stock items will be deducted from the settlement amount and the order will be shipped without prior notification. Additionally, even if the item comes into stock after the order has shipped, we are unable to ship the item as a supplement to your previous order. Please make a new order for the item.
Order contents (such as size, color, or quantity) and the shipping address information cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way once they have been submitted.
Although we strives to ship your order within 5 business days from the day it was placed, depending on the contents of the order, the condition of stocks, and the volume of orders, there may be instances where shipment of the order is delayed. Also, items from the Store may take additional time for production.
You should investigate the rules and regulations regarding importing into your country, including goods restricted for import, before placing an order. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not allowed for import into your country or is subject to tax due to its high value, we cannot accept responsibility for the item. We cannot provide you any refunds or exchanges for the item or cost of delivery.
We reserves the right to combine multiple orders from the same customer, and ship them together as one unit. Even in the event that this results in shipping and handling fees being levied multiple times, we will not refund them.
Orders to countries and regions other than Hong Kong will be sent by Express Mail Service (EMS). Orders to Hong Kong will generally be sent by international couriers DHL and Overseas Courier Service (OCS). However, depending on the contents of the order EMS may also be used. No matter the country or region, you may not choose the shipping service.
3.Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are set based on the total amount of ordered merchandise and those charges include the Express Mail Service (EMS) or international courier postage and insurance fees, etc. They should be paid together with the total amount of the ordered merchandise.
Orders containing heavy items are charged an extra shipping charge. This charge is based on the EMS (Express Postal Service) shipping charge. Half that amount is born by we with the other half being your responsibility. If a special shipping charge is levied, every unit ordered of an item that has a special shipping charge will incur that charge on top of the price of the merchandise.
In the event that you refuse to accept the delivery of an order, or if an order is returned to we after the retention period at the post office has passed after failed delivery attempts, the cost of returning the item to we will be deducted from the cost of the items when making the refund, and will not be returned to you. Further, if the cost of returning the item to us is more than the value of the items, you must pay that difference to us.
4.Payment
The amount charged to you will be the total sum of the merchandise plus the shipping and handling charges.

In the event of a credit card order, please use a credit card that is in your own name. If you use a credit card that is not in your name, we may refuse your order(s) without prior notice.
5.Customs Duties and Export Certificates
Orders may be subject to import tax, value tax, customs handling fees, and/or delivery fees in some countries or regions. In this case, you (or the recipient if the merchandise is shipped to someone other than you) should be responsible for the payment of any such taxes or fees.
In the event that the delivery of an order is delayed due to complications or processing at customs, we bears no responsibility for this situation.

6.Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for return and/or exchange of merchandise, you must contact us with information regarding the items you wish to return within 7 days of receipt of shipment, by e-mail. After contact, We will only accept returns of items that we has confirmed for return. (Please ship the confirmed return items back to us within 7 days.) We may not accept a request for a return and/or exchange if you contact us after the 7-day period is over, or return the merchandise to us without prior notice.

  1. The merchandise is different from what you ordered (wrong shipment).
  2. The merchandise is defective.
  3. The merchandise is damaged.
We will reimburse you for shipping costs incurred. (In the event of a return of set merchandise (ex. 2-Piece Set, or others sets), please include all items in the set in the condition that it was delivered in when making the return. If even 1 item is missing from the set (or, an included item or accessory), We will not be able to process your return.)

2.In the case of “At the Convenience of the Customer”
If you are not satisfied with the items (not satisfied with the color or print, the size does not fit, etc.), you are responsible for all shipping costs and duties of your country. We does not accept returns in the following cases.

•You have not informed us about returns/exchanges within 7 days after the receipt of the merchandise and been approved.
Merchandise that has been used or worn once
Cosmetics and health foods where the package has been opened
Merchandise that has been used or worn once
Merchandise that you have adjusted or cleaned.
Merchandise that you have soiled or damaged (cosmetics, fragrance, smells included)
Merchandise the tags of which you have removed
Merchandise where the shape has been changed by the trial fitting (ex. a stretched neck line or cuffs)
Sale items
Custom-made merchandise.

  1. The merchandise is different from what you ordered (wrong shipment).

4.In the case of “At the Convenience of the Customer”, exchanges are not accepted.
If you wish to make an item exchange for any reason (change to a different size, color, or pattern, or exchange unwanted item(s) to other products such as exchanging a T-shirt for a bag), then please return the unwanted item(s), and make a new order for your desired goods. Regarding returns, please follow the procedure outlined in “2.” above. As for why exchanges are not possible, this policy was created in mind for our customers – if you make another order after returning your unwanted merchandise, this method helps to reduce the burden of the shipping costs.
Merchandise must be returned, with a “Returns and Exchanges” form, by Express Mail Service (EMS) or by airmail. Please do not send your return by surface mail, economy air (SAL), DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any other private international mail carrier. If the return is made through any method other than EMS or airmail it will not be accepted, and you will not receive a refund on the merchandise.

You should immediately log into the Store and amend your personal details if any changes in the information you have registered with us, such as name and address details, have occurred.
We has the right to cancel your registration at any time if you perform any of the following. If your account is deleted, your points are considered to become completely invalid and will not be compensated for.
  1. You do not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
  2. You have been a nuisance or caused interference or damage to other customers or us, or committed any fraudulent acts.
  3. You have not placed an order with us for over one year.
  4. Any other circumstances in which we determines that you should be disqualified.

With respect to use of the Store, Japanese law is considered to apply in full, and any problems that may arise between you and us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo Regional Count in Japan under relevant Japanese law.
We will not use the information you registered pursuant to these Terms and Conditions for any purposes other than the sale of its merchandise and provision of merchandise information via website and international mail. If you request deletion or change of any part of such information, we will immediately comply with the request.
We reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Even if a part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be improper or invalid, these Terms and Conditions are severable, and there will be no effect on the efficacy of other parts of these Terms and Conditions.
